Licensed Social Worker, MSW

Therapist

I invite you to explore the intricacies of your emotional world with an open, honest, and curious mind. Taking the first step to address your experiences can be challenging, but together, we can uncover meaning and new possibilities through therapy.

My goal is to provide a supportive space and take a person-centered approach, helping you gain a deeper sense of self. There is no such thing as a “one-size-fits-all” approach because each person and their experiences are unique. Together, we will determine which therapeutic modality best suits your goals and explore how your immediate and larger surroundings impact and influence your sense of self.

I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Chicago and am committed to supporting individuals as they navigate life changes, family trauma, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, and severe mental illness.

A fun fact about me is that I’ve thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail and still enjoy hiking whenever I can. In my free time, I’m usually with friends, hammocking at the park, grabbing coffee, shopping at thrift stores, exploring restaurants, or rock climbing at the gym.
