Fees and Insurance
The American Mental Health Institute is provided as a fee for service.
We accept BlueCross BlueShield (BCBS) PPO Illinois, NlueCross BlueShield Community Plans, Cigna, Aetna, UHC, Optum, Tricare, Medicare insurances. Additionally, our services may be covered by your insurance company. We accept all major forms of payment: Credit, Debit, Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Check.
Our Fees:
- First Intake Appointment (90 minutes): $250
- Individual Therapy (53 minutes): $200
- Family Therapy (53 minutes): $250
- Couples Therapy (53 minutes): $250
In order to receive services, we will hold a valid credit card on file to secure an appointment. If you choose to pay by cash or check, your credit card will not be charged. We understand that life gets busy. However, if you cannot make it to your appointment, please give us at least 24-hour notice to cancel your appointment. If the appointment is missed without cancellation, we will charge $100 to your credit card on file.
